According to fresh updates, we can expect the revised schedule for this mandate to be featured in the Finance Law for 2024. It is widely anticipated that this framework will see its conclusion by the close of 2023.
On 31 July, the DGFiP introduced an updated ‘E-Invoicing External Specifications Document’ (version 2.3). Notwithstanding the initial postponement, such enhancements clearly indicate the government’s unwavering commitment to this digitisation initiative.
