Kefron and TCPID Forge New Partnership for Inclusive Career Development
We are delighted to announce a new partnership with the Trinity Centre for People with Intellectual Disabilities (TCPID), which will focus on providing career development opportunities and inclusive education support for students with intellectual disabilities.
Through this collaboration, Kefron is committed to creating a positive, supportive, and accessible environment that helps students from TCPID grow and develop their skills while continuing their third-level education at Trinity College Dublin. By offering hands-on training, in-house mentoring, and career opportunities, we are empowering students to embark on meaningful career journeys that are underpinned by inclusive education principles, preparing them for future success in a wide range of industries.
Sarah Arthurs, Head of People and Performance at Kefron Group, shared her enthusiasm for the partnership: “We are excited to be working with the Trinity Centre for People with Intellectual Disabilities to create a pathway that supports the professional growth of these exceptional students. This partnership will allow us to nurture their talent through a supportive learning environment, while promoting diversity and inclusion within our own organisation and across the wider community.”
This partnership highlights Kefron’s commitment to fostering inclusivity, flexibility and long-term career development for all individuals, in line with our company’s values. For over 30 years, Kefron has maintained a family-driven, people-centred culture and this new relationship with TCPID is a further step in living up to these values.
Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to work with TCPID on this exciting new chapter!
